After the success of “Queen with White Grapes”, photographer Raffaele Rinaldi produces another famous photograph. It is the flesh-and-blood version of the Sicilian Moor’s heads, the typical anthropomorphic vases that have been widespread throughout Sicily for decades. The ceramic crown was commissioned to the artist Patrizia La Bua.
“I have always photographed my dreams, not reality”.
