Payment methods

You can pay in two ways.

Credit Cards. Online transactions are guaranteed by Stripe or PayPal, using a server that adopts the SSL protection system. The systems accept credit cards from the MasterCard – Visa – Visa Electron and PostePay circuits.
PayPal, using your credit. You can use the “Pay in 3 installments” function, offered by PayPal to divide the payment into three convenient monthly installments. Find the instructions for use on the site of the service provider.

Shipping

Only in Italy, shipping costs are FREE for orders over €100, excluding some bulkier products, such as ceramics.

Shipping times in Italy are generally 48-72 hours, taking into account that orders are almost always shipped the day after receiving payment. For other countries, it takes more days, but the shipment is tracked and you will receive the tracking to monitor it.

For Germany, Spain, Holland and the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Romania, Poland, the shipping cost is about €15.90

For France, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, the shipping cost is about €16.90

Change or withdrawal

You can make an exchange or withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. You can change the size, or change the product or return it entirely, obtaining a refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).

Make sure that the products to be returned are intact in all their parts, including the packaging. For t-shirts, sweatshirts and in general for all clothing items, it is important that the tag has not been removed and obviously they have not been washed.

Shipping times

All products, unless otherwise indicated, are generally shipped within 24 working hours of receiving the order, using the most important national and international couriers and will be delivered in approximately 48/60 hours, in Italy, in other countries it takes a few more days. In any case, the shipment is monitored and you can follow it with the tracking.

Original photographs and prints are shipped approximately 3 days after receiving the order.

Sculptures, such as Moor’s heads, are shipped within 24/48 hours. However, being works of art produced in limited numbers, they may not be immediately available and require up to a maximum of 15 days for cooking and decoration/enamelling. In any case, you will be promptly informed of their availability.

Extra Italia purchase

It is possible to purchase from many other countries, shipping costs are calculated at check-out. It is possible, however, that some heavy products, such as sculptures, may require a small surcharge in some countries. In this case, you will be contacted promptly to provide the details.
